Gently Used Book Sale

A partnership with the C-FB ISD Council PTA, the book sale increases
community awareness of the Educational Foundation, promotes literacy in our
community, and provides an additional source of revenue for programs and the
endowment.
Last year's Book Sale was a great success!

Donate Your Books!
Have books to donate? There are a several options:

Take books to your nearest Carrollton-Farmers
Branch ISD campus lobby

Council Delegates: if you have 10+ boxes
of books (labeled
& sorted), make arrangements with Pam Pena
(penap@cfbisd.edu)
to have the District pick up the books from
your school and deliver them to the site for
you!
Gently Used Book Sale "Book Bucks" are $5 gift cards
redeemable for merchandise at the Gently Used Book Sale. They make
great gifts for teachers, friends and relatives, but don't forget to load up
on some for yourself! You can purchase Book Bucks
from several Gently Used Book Sale committee members (email
for a list). OR...you can order Book Bucks online.
They will be mailed to you for you to distribute to your recipients.
We accept payment through PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account to
purchase Bucks with a credit card.
Volunteer Opportunities
Want to help? Looking for volunteer hours? We
have a place for you! Please join us
starting January 10,
2010 at the sale site as we sort and
organize the tens of thousands of books donated
for this huge book sale.
